PennDOT provides extensive materials and information for Pedestrian Traffic Laws. Just as drivers must study and practice -- so too should pedestrians study and practice safe walking skills and knowledge.

    Now that there is a cross walk from the trail crossing 724 at I176 location to Gibralter we need to figure a way to remind motorists to yield to pedestrians and cyclists. They don't slow down at all. Perhaps we'll need to send a letter to the township and police department to monitor this section. Maybe we can get the Reading Eagle to do a piece?
